Samsung has announced a new series of audio products, called Level, which comprises of three headphones and one portable speaker. The three headphones include the Level Over, Level On and Level In, and Level Box is the portable speaker.
The Level Over are a pair of wireless Bluetooth circumaural headphones. They have 50mm drivers with neodymium magnets and use active noise cancellation using dual microphones with support for the aptX codec. The headphones have built-in touch controls but you can also connect the provided cable. Unfortunately, there is no NFC support for quick pairing, unlike some Sony headphones.
The Level On are a pair of supra-aural headphones. Unlike the Level Over, these are neither wireless nor have active noise cancellation. They do have 40mm drivers and come with a detachable cable with microphone and audio controls.
The Level In are a pair of in-ear earphones with three internal drivers: two balanced armature for mids and highs and a dynamic driver for the low end. The earphones come with four silicon ear tips and three memory foam tips. These, too, have built-in microphone and audio controls.
Lastly, there’s the Level Box, which is a portable wireless Bluetooth speaker. This tiny thing has 56mm stereo speakers with a passive radiator and can be paired with your phone using NFC.
The Level series of audio products will be available in black and white for purchase by mid-May in most markets around the world.
